RETURN & REFUND POLICY

When a Purchase Needs a Second Look

We want customers to have a clear process when an Agtxilue™ purchase needs to be returned. The following policy explains the general return window, condition requirements and refund procedure.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible merchandise may be requested for return within 30 days after the order is delivered.

The 30-day period begins on the recorded delivery date. Return requests submitted after this period may not qualify for acceptance.

Before sending merchandise back, please contact service@agtxilue.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the request and provide applicable return instructions.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

To be considered for a return, an item should be in substantially the same condition in which it was received. Merchandise should not show signs of extended wear, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery or other use that would make the product unsuitable for return.

Original product components, packaging or accompanying materials should be retained when reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to review returned merchandise before approving a refund.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or merchandise that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs showing the condition of the merchandise. This information helps us review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Review

After an authorized return is received, the merchandise will be inspected. If the return satisfies the applicable conditions, an approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a completed refund to appear in an account can vary according to the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, return shipping expenses and other delivery-related costs may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error attributable to us.
